The Conversion Desk
Our own way to turn JAC into USD, and USD back into JAC. No outside exchange, no rented market, no foreign chain. The coin's value, set by the market formula, sets the rate; the desk stands ready at that rate, shaded by 5% so the Pool stays alive. Coins move on the JaCoin chain, in the open. Dollars move by Jaysen's hand through Cash App: no tool can move money out of a personal Cash App, so that leg is his tap, always.
Pool wallet: not created yet.
Cash out: open a request, send JAC to the pool wallet, and Jaysen pays USD from the dollar drawer. Those coins stay in the pool wallet as inventory. Cash in: open a request, pay USD, and the pool wallet pays JAC out of that inventory. Cashed-out coins never return to the treasury; they recirculate through the desk.
The drawer policy: the coin drawer fills naturally, from cash-outs, before anything else. House coins seed it only when a real cash-in request is waiting and the drawer cannot cover it, and then only up to the amount needed, never more than a quarter of the house balance in one move. The vault's Ten Million never seeds the desk: it is the chain's, not the desk's float. A request the drawers cannot yet cover is marked waiting, in the open, with its rate locked while it waits.
